| Cleaning Specialist.
As an entry level custodian, you'll receive good training and
work with good supervisors. You have a chance to advance
to a supervisor or manager job. |
|
Building or Crew
Supervisor. As a new supervisor, you'll receive
training on how to work with your team to get the job done for
our customers. |
| Program Manager. A
program manager handles a single large account. You may
have between 25-50 cleaners working for you. You may
also be responsible for managing the snow removal, grounds
care, recycling, trash removal, and even maintenance on the
Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation Systems. Its
a big job, but you'll get a lot of help. |

Operations, District, or
Area Manager. You will supervise many accounts
in a geographic area. Usually you have a supervisor on site in
each account. You will be involved in scheduling,
ordering equipment, inspecting buildings, and interviewing,
training, and hiring staff. |
|
Property and Facility
Management. As our national
accounts grow and more and more customers want us to bundle
all services, we have a growing need for men and women with a
background in commercial property management or in facility
management. |
|
Corporate, Administrative,
and other positions. Very often people are promoted into
corporate staff positions from within, but we always like to
hear from people with special talents. |
